Kitchenista Designs (Pty) Ltd is based in Durban, South Africa, was founded in 2014. The company’s founder and director Willem J van der Vegt studied Interior Design at Natal Technikon from 1994, and received a Higher Diploma in ’96.

He worked in the interior design field in London UK from 1997 to 2001. Since his return to South Africa, he worked for various different kitchen companies (Craft Kitchens, Kitchen Spectrum, Afrormosia, Sherwell Cupboards) as a designer and rep.

In 2013 he was approached by developers on the North coast of KwaZulu Natal to open up his own enterprise, and Kitchenista was born.

Kitchenista provides a complete and professional solution to your cabinetry and furniture needs by evaluating client requirements, design, manufacture and installation services.

• Procurement of accessories and fittings as per client needs
• All manufacture of cabinetry and furniture is done locally by one of our associate companies
